Oz Flux rider Tom Reilly bagged the cover of Transfer Magazine with this styley handplant…. Looks rad!!!
‘Intersection’ is a 7 day film contests at Whistler’s Ski and Snowboard Festival. The rules were that the video had to be filmed and edited in 7 days. It had to be completely shot within 100 km radious of Whistler. The video had to include skiers and snowboarders. 30 seconds had to be filmed in the park and 30 seconds had to be filmed on Whistler Blackcomb.
Flux team rider Geoff Brown worked with the Voleurz crew to make, “The Science of Airborning,” a spoof of “The Art of Flight.” Their submission took first place! Congrats! Check it out here….

Jaeger Bailey got 1st place and a trip to Europe at the Nike Chosen event in Mammoth, CA. The set up was wild and involved a 60 foot jump and a rail garden with down bars, tubes, ¼ pipes, a wall ride, a closeout, a grizzly bear bonk and a UFO space ship slide. Spencer Link has been kicking it into high gear- starting at Mt. High last weekend when he won the Cholula Triple Air! That warmed him up for a third place win at the last spot in the Dew Tour—Snowbasin, UT! Link earned his first Dew Tour podium with a 77.25— He pulled a backside nosepress on the up down, to a front 360 over, to backside 180 out on cannon rail. Congratulations to Eric Willett for getting 1st at the Dew Tour in Killington! Eric had no trouble with an untouchable first run of 91.0! His run started with a frontside 270 onto the down rail, followed by a gap to front lip 270 out on the gap down and a front board to switch on the cannon. On the last three jumps, he laid out a switch back 10 double cork, a cab 900 double cork, and a frontside 1080 double cork. Lastly, Willett finished with a laid out blackflip to take the win!
Eric Willett got some ride time in at Sun Valley and is featured in Transworlds Park Sessions. CLICK HERE TO SEE IT!
Eric Willett also got wild at the X-Games— taking 4th in Snowboard Big Air and 7th in Men’s Slopestyle. Japanese Flux shredder Ryo Aono took the bronze in Men’s Superpipe. Although he didn’t get the ‘perfect’ score against the White… he is riding some ‘perfect’ bindings.

It’s been a long week but we have finally made it to Friday!
We started out the week with Bear Mountain’s ‘Sunday in the park’ featuring a few shots from Flux rider Chad Tarbell. Keoni was also out there sporting his fresh TT30s. Were stoked to see what comes around this Sunday funday. CLICK HERE TO SEE EPISODE 2 OF SUNDAY IN THE PARK.
One way to get rid of that case of the Monday’s is to tune into Mark ass Mondays. This week’s episode has some on mountain mischief and some secret spot rail shinnanigans. The Tarbells tear up the jib pipe that was just put in at Bear. Have you seen it yet? Yupp…It’s a lot of fun…..
Eric Willett made his way across the seas to Beijing, China! If you haven’t seen this huge set-up in the Olympic Birdsnest you should really check out this footage. Jaeger Bailey and Mitch Richmond have staked their spot in Mammoth for the season. We are stoked for them to shred the enormous, pow-filled wonderland.
