Happy Friday!  Its officially spring… get Flux’d.  Here is what the Flux team has been up to this week…

At the Vermont Open, SHAUN MURPHY took 1^st  place over all, and ZACK WILMOT took 5^th!  Shaun took 2^nd in the halfpipe segment of the event…..Then,  took 1^st at the Big Air contest, and 2^nd at Loon’s Last Call.  Shaun is killing it!

SHAUN MURPHY got some tricks in with 32 at Sugarbush. SHRED AND DESTROY!

MARIAH DUGAN won first at the Trans Am finals in Utah in her new GL’s!  Congrats girl! CLICK HERE for the full recap. 

SPENCER LINK took 2^nd at Nike’s Snake and Hammers at Mountain High last weekend.  CLICK HERE for the recap -

I got the chance to visit ‘Jax at the Trax’ in Truckee this week…. the next day, I found out they welcomed Flux rider FANCY RUTHERFORD to the team.

Flux Friday!!!

Happy Friday Flux Fanimals! We have had a wild week and are excited to share what the Flux has been going on…..

Congratulations to Eric Willett for getting 1^st at the Dew Tour in Killington! Eric had no trouble with an untouchable first run of 91.0!  His run started with a frontside 270 onto the down rail, followed by a gap to front lip 270 out on the gap down and a front board to switch on the cannon. On the last three jumps, he laid out a switch back 10 double cork, a cab 900 double cork, and a frontside 1080 double cork. Lastly, Willett finished with a laid out blackflip to take the win!

Eric Willett got some ride time in at Sun Valley and is featured in Transworlds Park Sessions. CLICK HERE TO SEE IT! 

Eric Willett also got wild at the X-Games— taking 4^th in Snowboard Big Air and 7^th in Men’s Slopestyle.  Japanese Flux shredder Ryo Aono took the bronze in Men’s Superpipe.  Although he didn’t get the ‘perfect’ score against the White… he is riding some ‘perfect’ bindings.

Eric Willett does it again, 1st Place at X-Games in Europe

Eric is on a mission to take over the world with his snowboarding prowess. This time, he takes first at the X-Games slopestyle in Tignes, France.

BTW – If you’re wondering why he doesn’t have bindings on his board, it’s because some stupid Frenchy stole his setup after qualifiers. 

If you’re in France and you see a guy walking around with a 2011 Omatic Sweet with some wood-grain Flux Feedbacks, give him a swift kick in the nuts for us. We’ll even give you a free pair of bindings if you get it on film.
